Cancellation policy

If your order has not been sent, you can cancel it by contacting us through our contact form, phone +34 916 745 003 or by sending an email to info@medicalrd.com on our website to obtain a full refund or replace the products. (If you want to cancel the order, it is important that it be done before shipment).

We will not accept the cancellation of your order, if your order has already been sent. You can refuse to sign once the package arrived, but please make sure to return the package to us in its original condition (unused and unopened). We will refund the price of the product (the shipping costs are borne by the customer).

Return policy

It is the policy of MRD to accept the returns of the products that have not been used and that are able to be sold again, provided that it is notified within a period of less than 03 calendar days from the reception of the order.

The customer must obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization) from MRD and must mention the RMA number on the return shipping documents before returning the products to the designated return center (at customer account).

Shipping error / Damage policy

It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries in a reasonable manner. In case of external damage notorious / visible at the time of receipt of the goods, these must be noted on the delivery note of transport and must be notified to MRD within a maximum period of 03 calendar days from the date of delivery, along with a copy of the delivery note written down, as well as any relevant supporting document that demonstrates the external damages (for example, photos).

Possible delivery errors (for example, wrong product, wrong quantities) must be notified to MRD within a maximum period of 03 calendar days from delivery, together with a copy of the delivery note.

In the absence of such notifications, it is understood that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect conditions.
